1. Reservations
To guarantee your place in any of our tours, it is necessary to make a reservation in advance. Reservations can be made through our website, by phone or by email.
All our tours are shared tours, which means that you can join other travelers on the same excursion.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: No refunds or modifications are accepted if the cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to the start of the tour.
Refund process: In case of cancellations that meet the conditions for refund, the process may take up to 30 working days.
Cancellation due to causes attributable to El Salvador Positive Tours: In the event that we must cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond your control, we will offer you a full refund or the possibility of rescheduling the tour without penalty.
3. Children’s Policy
Children over 7 years old: They are considered as adults for the purposes of our tour rates.
Children under 7 years old: May have special rates or exemptions depending on each tour, please consult us for more details.
4. Tour Schedules
Tour schedules may vary depending on the location of your hotel. Please be sure to confirm exact times at the time of your reservation. We adjust to the pick-up zones to make your experience as comfortable as possible.
5. General Considerations
El Salvador Positive Tours is committed to providing you with a safe and enjoyable experience. Please note that it is important to arrive punctually to the meeting point, as the departure time cannot be modified.
6.Health and Safety Conditions
All participants must meet the minimum health conditions and be in adequate physical condition to participate in the tours.
If any client has a pre-existing medical condition, he/she must inform us at the time of booking. This will allow us to take the necessary precautions during the tour.
During the tours, all safety instructions provided by our guides must be followed to ensure a safe experience.
El Salvador Positive Tours is not responsible for accidents or incidents that occur outside the scope of the scheduled activity.
7. Liability for Loss or Damage
El Salvador Positive Tours is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings during the tours. We recommend our clients to take care of their belongings.
In case of damage to equipment provided by the operator (such as snorkel equipment, bicycles, etc.), the cost of repair or replacement will be charged.
The client is responsible for any damage caused by inappropriate behavior during the tour.
8. Modifications to Reservations
If you need to modify your reservation (date, number of people, etc.), please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Modifications are subject to availability.
No modifications to reservations will be made within 24 hours prior to the start of the tour, except in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances.
9. No Show Policy
If the client does not show up at the meeting point at the indicated time, it will be considered a No Show and no refund or rescheduling of the tour will be made.
