We begin our adventure at Boquerón National Park, located at the summit of the San Salvador Volcano. Surrounded by lush vegetation and cool mountain air, you’ll enjoy a gentle walk along the crater rim while learning about native plants, wildlife, and volcanic history. From the viewpoint, admire impressive panoramic views of the massive crater and the city of San Salvador far below an unforgettable natural spectacle.
After exploring the volcano, we continue to PACAS Coffee, one of the most prestigious and award-winning specialty coffee producers in El Salvador. Here you will discover the complete bean-to-cup journey, including a guided visit to the coffee mill, where coffee cherries are processed, washed, dried, and prepared for export.
Instead of walking through plantations, you’ll visit the coffee nursery, where young plants are carefully cultivated a unique opportunity to witness where each coffee tree begins its life.
The experience concludes with a professional cupping session, the same technique used by international tasters. An expert will guide you through aromas, flavors, and profiles, transforming the way you appreciate every cup.
